Gridlock in Chicago
Chicago traffic is the worst that I've ever seen it in my 20+ years of living in the city. It takes an hour to cross the loop right now. Rain complicates the situation but I am speculating that it is due to the myriad failures that the Metra rail system has been having in the severe cold. I have heard that traffic is mind-boggling in Bangkok for instance and this must be a taste of what it is like living there.
