In one of his posts recently Dan mentioned the term "alcohol abuse". When I saw this outfit displayed in a nearby convenience store window I knew that I spotted the "official outfit" for abusing alcohol. It has all of the necessary accouterments - green Black hawks shirt, green feather boa, and a plastic hat. Perfect for getting plastered.

I think the term was substance abuse, but same difference.
