Recently I went to the IKC Dog show in Chicago and got a photo of this good looking dog. After a show last week by the band Tributosaurus playing XTC (they cover a different band each time they play) at Martyrs we went to a nearby bar right down the street for a drink.
And what did I find there? They had three huge dogs the size of the one in the IKC photo above and a tennis ball and you could throw it around the bar and they'd chase it down and bring it back to you.
You had to really throw the ball hard because those dogs were fast, and damn good natured because it was probably past their bedtime. I know it was past mine.

So are you getting a dog?
No I am generally allergic to animals - cats way more than dogs - so I can only be around them for a bit. Plus I probably can't take care of a goldfish I can barely keep up with emails and a blog.
But like to have fun when they are around.
