The Ledge
The former Sears Tower (now the Willis Tower) added a tourist attraction to their sky deck - "The Ledge". The Ledge protrudes out from the side of the building and has a clear floor so that you can walk out on it and look straight down.

Ugh, not for me. I don't think I could do the one over the Grand Canyon either.
Oops, think I failed the captcha... Dan, have you visited the Infinity Room at the House on the Rock? Not nearly as high, but a bit of bouncing from wind and other visitors adds to the experience. Can't wait until my kids are big enough to take them for the first time.
Yes I have been there, the last time I was there was probably a decade or so ago. Very cool.
