I run this blog to "give back" to the internet and to try to improve my writing skills. In the spirit of giving back, I would like all of the readers to know that it seems that the best caliber to use if faced with an 8.5 foot alligator is good 'ol .45 ACP. And that is coming from a guy who would know.

So the recipe calls for .1 inches per two feet of alligator?
Sounds about right. Tasty too.
