Does "Exquisite" Meet Your Needs?

One of my most aggravating topics is the confusion between "wants" and "needs" and the ease with which people mix up the two concepts. I honestly believe that if you took people from the poorest parts of the USA and brought them on a tour of the "needs" of the rich there'd be some sort of revolution. Does everyone need a room to wrap presents? Guess so...

Here is the new trend - "luxury" isn't enough. Now you need to go beyond mere luxury into... exquisite. I think fantastically unnecessary would be a logical next step.

Hope for the builder's sake that they move all these units before the bust or they'll be on the market a loooong time.
