Besides the usual assortment of fine dairy and beef cattle, there was an example of the Scottish Highland. They thrive on the plantlife that normal cattle raised around here will not eat. If you are interested, here is an article about the species. I don't necessarily agree with everything in the article, but you will get the drift of the purpose of having this type of cattle aorund here.
