Paul Johnson's Great Article

Paul Johnson is an English historian who writes columns for Forbes magazine (yes, the archaic print version :) ). He wrote a great article recently titled "The UN is for Talk, Not Action". In this article he writes of a quote by Bhoutros Bhoutros-Ghali, who after being condemned for the UN oil for food scandal, said

"I am not saying I am not responsible in this case. There are a lot of things that I am responsible for that are ten times worse than this, such as the genocide in Rwanda".
