I am calling it here first - soon you will see lawsuits whenever people die of heart attacks in public places or private restaurants. Defibrilators are now available for under $1500 - check here.
However, of all the potential lawsuits, something good would actually come out of requiring those devices. Sudden cardiac arrest is a major killer and unless you get right to a hospital or are revived by a device like this you are basically dead, CPR or not.
